All orders are shipped from my Melbourne studio and you will receive a confirmation email once completed. È TIJEN is a one-woman show so please exercise patience and allow 1-3 business days for this process to be completed.
È TIJEN offers complimentary express shipping on orders over $300 aud Australia wide, which is automatically applied at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY
At È TIJEN your satisfaction with your purchase is my priority, therefore I accept refund and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
The garments being returned must be in original condition. When trying on your swimwear, please ensure underwear is worn. Any garments that have been unhygienically tried on will be refused return. Original condition requires the garment being unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with the original tags and labelling attached. This also means the garment must not have any perfume, body odour or make up stains.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned within 14 days for Australian customers and 30 days for the rest of the world. Once the request is received, please expect up to 3-5 business days to process your return.
Please email hello@etijen.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer a refund or exchange. Please note if the stock is available I am happy to issue an exchange however this may not be possible as the stock quantity is very limited. For any other concerns, including faulty items or queries please send an email to the same address.
